Karena ni adlh makanan sehat, maka bahan yg digunakan jg harus dlm kategori menyehatkan untk dikonsumsi. Selain itu, masakan ni jg menggunakan bahan dan bumbu yg halal. Di antaranya, sayuran (bahan ni jg digunakan pd resep makanan sehat buat bekal sekolah 1) dan makaroni. Berikut penjelasan selengkapnya.
Bahan untk membuat makanan sehat buat bekal sekolak bagian kelima: 1. 100 gram macaroni, rebus sampai kenyal. 2. 1 buah wortel, potong dgn bentuk dan ukuran sesuai selera. 3. 3 buah kentang, potong dgn bentuk dan ukuran sesuai selera. 4. 6 buah bakso ikan. Begini resep dan cara membuat bakso ikan kuah segar. 5. 1 utas daun bawang, iris tipis. 6. 1 utas seledri, petik daunnya saja. 7. 1, 25 liter air putih. 8. Minyak sayur secukupnya untk menumis.
Bumbu: 1. 3 siung bawang putih, dimemarkan. 2. Garam, gula pasir, dan lada putih bubuk secukupnya. 3. 1 sendok makan kaldu bubuk instan. 4. 1 sendok teh kecap ikan.

Asphalt: Urban GT 2 is a racing video game developed and published by Gameloft for the Nintendo DS, N-Gage and PlayStation Portable. A 2.5D Java ME version for mobile phones was also released.
